That’s what this challenge is about...training to be an assassin so that you can destroy your competitors by producing top quality work.
Writers are notorious for locking ourselves behind our laptops and coming out only to see slivers of sun dance across the floor at the end of the day…
That is torture.
Torture for your body.
Torture for your work.
Without proper training, your daily output suffers, the time it takes to kill those projects (if you can) is greater, and the quality of your output is as cloudy as your thinking.
I don’t need to get on the body horse again, but here I go: YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT. If you input junk, you output junk.

Being a Project Assassin gives you those tools you need to make it to the top of your game. You want to beat the competition. You want to leave them wondering who the heck that was that stole their client.
How to become a Project Assassin to get the attention, make the money, or complete the projects you have with quality:
Step 1: Clean your system –By eating clean, whole foods.
Step 2: Train your body – By moving 15 minutes per day (don’t fret)
If you are still reading, GREAT! That means that you have the desire to be the best you can be and to make the money you deserve. Read on for the details of the challenge:
Duration – 3 weeks (Oct 17 - Nov 6, 2011)
Eating – clean, whole foods…NO chemicals and preservatives. That means no fast food. That means no box stuff. Your food should have had a mama or come from the ground…not a food lab. And a minimum 64ozs of water per day.
Training – 15 minutes EVERYDAY. It doesn’t matter what it is, as long as you move. You can choose a 15 minute walk on the tready or 15 minutes of HIIT (high intensity interval training), but you have to do SOMETHING. If you are REALLY serious, hit it TWICE a day.
Motivation – To feel what it is like to be clean inside and out and to SEE how your productivity is affected.
